Warehouse Associate Job Responsibilities:

You’ll be part of a fast-paced team responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and safe handling of fresh produce. Daily tasks may include:

• Order selecting and pulling using a ride-on electric pallet jack
• Ensuring correct items and quantities for customer orders
• Safe handling to minimize product damage and shrink
• Building and wrapping pallets for delivery
• Loading product onto customer trucks
• General warehouse cleaning and sanitation duties
• Re-stacking and organizing product as needed
• Operating warehouse equipment safely and following food safety standards

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday and scheduled Sundays
• Full-time, steady hours with consistent shifts

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Comfortable working in cold storage environments (34°F – 52°F)
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Strong interpersonal and basic computer skills

Preferred Experience:

• Previous operation of powered material handling equipment such as:
  • Electric pallet jack
  • Forklift
  • High-reach forklift
